Dr Luke Feeney is well known to me over the recent years having been first referred to me by the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery In the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI) with whom he has undertaken consultancy.
He has undertaken consultancy for me including very ably undertaking an external quality assurance review of a company of which I am Director. The business is involved in a national screening programme (Diabetic Retinopathy) on behalf of the HSE. His guidance and direction has been very well received by our team of specialists and medical consultants.
